How it works · Sheet 02
The intake is a conversation that deepens, not a form you fill out.
Most intake forms ask for your business name and a logo file, then leave you staring at a blank template. Ours works like the 36-questions format: it starts easy, then each answer shapes the next question, going deeper until your actual vision is on paper. About 20 minutes later, you have a blueprint.
Fig. 01 · Question depth over one intake session. Depth rises as trust does.
Station 01 · Raw thoughts
What the questions feel like
The first questions are ones you can answer without thinking: what you do, who you do it for, what you want the site to accomplish. No jargon, no “what is your brand essence.” Plain questions in plain words.
Then the AI starts building on your answers. Say you run a bakery and mention that half your orders come from word of mouth. The next question asks what those customers say when they recommend you, because that exact sentence usually belongs at the top of your homepage.
By the end you are answering questions you have never been asked about your own business, and the answers become your site’s actual copy, structure and priorities. Nothing is wasted. Every answer lands somewhere in the blueprint.
You can pause at any point and come back. Your answers save as you go, so a 20 minute session can be two 10 minute ones.
The intake fits into a normal morning, not a work retreat.
Station 02 · Interactive blueprint
What the interactive blueprint shows
Your answers, redrawn as a page-by-page plan you can walk through.
When the questions end, the AI drafts your blueprint: a page map of your whole site, what each page says, in what order, and why. You see your own words turned into headlines, section plans and calls to action.
It is interactive, not a static PDF preview. Click any page in the map and you see its layout, its draft copy and the intake answer it came from. If something reads wrong, you flag it and the blueprint updates.
This is where most DIY builders fail you: they give you an empty template and ask you to be the strategist. Here the strategy is already drawn. You are reviewing, not inventing from zero.
Station 03 · Blueprint report
What the final report contains, and who keeps it
When you finish the intake, the blueprint is compiled into your final report. It is yours to keep. You get access to it through your link on this site, and a copy is stored here so you can come back to it any time.
The architect is notified the moment your report is completed. That matters if you want a human to take it further: the review starts from a finished document, not from a kickoff call where you explain everything again.
The report is also portable. Hand it to any developer, agency or website builder and they can work from it directly. The thinking is done; what remains is production.
The free intake replaces the most expensive part of a website project: figuring out what to build.
Discovery is what agencies bill for first and what DIY templates skip entirely. You get it free, in one sitting.
The completed report: stored on the site, yours to keep.
